Under the auspices of Agence Neuville, an agency specialized in the creation of original events and dedicated to ‘art de vivre’. For a wedding, a cocktail reception, a dinner, or team building, and according to your needs, we offer a large field of expertise and help you with the conception and organisation of your event.
We only host one event at a time. The Manor offers a historical setting, The Mill an authentic receptive venue, and the processing place a timeless space where any scenario is possible. The park, the Courtyard of Honour and the Magnolia Courtyard also offer a great potential for reception events and a photo or video shoot (wedding photos, videos, film shootings…).

A PLACE OF CULTURE AND HISTORY
During receptions or weddings… cocktail receptions are held in the Courtyard of Honor of the Manor where « we enjoy a stunning view on the fortified town of Domme, whose colorful drawing reflects on the mirror of the pond that is fed by the mill », Jean Secret, Châteaux et Manoirs du Périgord.
Aiguevive 6500 square feet (600m²) Manor was entirely restored and displays beautiful and bright reception rooms. The great volumes of the rooms are adorned with Celadon-tinged woodwork.
In the North, an olympic size natural swimming pool, the former built mill pool, is fed by a stream that runs across the domain and brings freshness and quiet. An important water jet brings life to the pool and echoes the feeling of live water (eau vive) – Aiguevive.
In the South, the cascading terraced garden is a privileged place for rest and contemplation. It opens on a wooded park which spreads around a swimming pool (39ft/19ft – 12m/6m) livened up by water jets.
On the first floor, the 860 ft² (80m²) Great Hall can act as a music room, with its grand piano under the vaulted ceiling. From there you can reach a summer lounge, a library, a billiard room and a dining hall with a kitchen and a fireplace. It opens on the South terrace with its 16 guests imperial table.
On the second floor, the 400 ft² (40m²) Winter Lounge has its own fireplace and opens on the South terrace. The floor has 4 matching bedrooms with each its own en-suite bathroom. The rooms are equipped with My BED by SOFITEL King size beds.
On the third floor, a large corridor serves four bedrooms and two en-suite bathrooms.
Bonus : floor heating and 14 Mbps wifi.

The XVth Century walnut Oil Mill stands at the entrance of the property. At the edge of the bridle path, the mill is made of stones and walnut wood. It was restored in 2011 and was labeled by “La fondation du Patrimoine“.
It enjoys a 750 square feet (70m²) lower room which houses all the stone mill equipment and a 540 square feet (50m2) upper room with its large windows offering a stunning view on the mill pool and The Manor. It is equipped with a monumental table (32ft x 6ft / 10m x 2m) and wrought iron chairs.
The 1300 square feet (120m²) oil processing room can accommodate up tu 120 guests. It is a contemporary light box with great white walls and 13 feet (4m) ceilings, thus offering endless scenographic possibilities. It is paired with a room for logistics with 2 toilets.
The Oil Mill and its processing room are built around a terrace and the Magnolia Courtyard, an 8000 square feet (750m²) courtyard designed to host outdoors events.
The 5 hectare Walnut Grove can be used for parking cars and is a green oasis that does not require sound or time limits during your event.
