Domaine d’Aiguevive
Le Périgord Noir is an agreeable region to discover from early spring until late Autumn. Preserved from mass tourism, it is not crowded, even during the first two weeks of august.
Domaine d’Aiguevive is a minute away from the centre of the village of Cénac-et-Saint-Julien and two minutes away from the river. The village offers all the necessary shops. The farmer’s market takes place every Tuesday, all year round.
By car, the estate is a 10 minute drive away from the centre of the famous city of Sarlat, 5 minutes from Domme airfield, 30 minutes from Souillac train station (to Paris), 20 minutes from Saint-Cyprien train station (to Bordeaux). It’s a 5 hour drive to Paris, 2 to Bordeaux and Toulouse, and 1 hour to reach Bergerac, Périgueux, Brive la Gaillarde and Cahors.
